Order:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email), and you will max within 8 hours on weekdays receive the message by e-mail, if there were any problems with the supply (back / udsolgte articles).
You can always follow your order status, by following the link that is listed in your order, or by going to your membership. Order is in the top left of the order-ago.
Orders to be paid by giro, e-banking or check, will be valid for 10 days from the order-date, then cancelled the automatic.

Delivery:
We provide usually the same day we will record your payment.
If your order contains bestillingsvarer, the order will however only be sent when we can make a single supply.
All orders are delivered in future as postal via PostDanmark and can be followed in their Track & Trace system.
You receive a message with the package number when sending your order.
Shipping:
The packets sent by postdanmark and paid according to their current rates. Protown.dk use item, business, if nothing else is selected.
Overseas and foreign destinations pay the freight in accordance with current tariffs of PostDanmark.
These charges are embedded in our system, and you will always get the load informed before you order. You will never pay more than the system constructed.
Return:
You have 14-day return / right.
The goods must be returned in original packaging, and possible. protective packaging for example. pacifiers and toys, must not be broken. The clothes must be returned with any hængemærker.
Goods to be exchanged for a different size, will be exchanged the same day we receive your returned goods. The cost of return shipments of this type held by you. We pay to turn the load back to you.

Complaints and guarantee:

Protown.dk exchange or repair as far as possible, defective goods, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the product's purchase price.
